We at Cerros Sands are planning and building an upscale Caribbean community. To this end we have incorporated zoning, hurricane standards and building restrictions that exceed those required or contemplated by the Government of Belize. Furthermore we have formed an architectural committee in order to review any and all building plans within our community. We will maintain standards that are structurally sound and support property values within Cerros Sands.

Do keep in mind you are free to submit your own designs, build your own home, or oversee your home construction, hiring your own architect, builder and subcontractors. Builders are more than welcome to purchase within Cerros Sands and build. The developer may even joint venture with you.
