Q:   Can I build on my property?

A:   You may build on your property. However any building will be subject to Developer's Architectural guidelines, which are in place to protect the integrity of the development for all. Q:   How often does the Architectural Committee meet to review building plans?

A:   The Architectural Committee meets every two weeks to review building plans. All lot owners will be assured an expeditious process of approval not to take more than 30 days, providing all conditions are met.

Q:   How much will it cost to build a home on Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros?

A:   This can vary from $60-$90 US per square foot, depending on the quality of the home you desire.

A:   Not at this time. This item has received a lot of discussion. If this is changed you are grandfathered in based on your purchase contract date. If you choose to build the only requirements placed on your property is that the construction is in conformance with our Architectural Guidelines. By conforming to the Guidelines all property owners will be assured that the pristine beauty of the area shall be maintained, that the natural habitats will remain intact, as well as maintaining property values.

We have parcels being purchased for investment purposes. Buyers recognize the fact that our current pricing is below market and expect eventually to sell their investments for a substantial profit in the future.

A:   Yes, you may purchase more than one parcel to build a larger home. If you click here to view our Guidelines you will see our specifications.

You may use the total square footage of all parcels if you purchase multiple parcels in calculating the dwelling size as long as the parcels are contiguous (attached).

Q:   May I select my own builder or must I use your builders?

A:   You may select your own builder to build a dwelling for you on Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros You are not required to use our builders for construction. However, you must follow our Architectural Guidelines prior to, during and following construction.
