Progress Reports - 2005

Cerros Sands Ltd. is pleased to announce during the:

Fourth Quarter of 2005

Our Environmental Impact Assessment has been completed and our Environmental Compliance Plan has been signed by Cerros Sands Ltd. and The Department of the Environment. Belize Electricity Ltd has given us in writing, confirmation they will supply Cerros Sands with Power. Telecommunications will follow. Bushmen are continuing clearing the Beachfront area and grooming the beach. Our engineering is allowing for sand to naturally settle on our beaches. Additional sand is being brought in to speed up the process. Two Fishing Jetty's are completed and Palapas are now being constructed on these jetty's. Further excavation is taking place for the Boat Launch. Additional workers have been brought to the site to perform beautification work on the beachfront. More trees have been planted. The design for the entry gate by Mitchell-Moody and Associates has been completed. Our architects have been given a retainer to begin design of our model that will be avilable to our owners. The Government of Belize has sent the Air-Rotary drill rig crew to our site. Roadwork is continuing. Our Drainage plan has been designed. Once again hurricanes have had no effect on our property. If you check the area maps, you will see we are in a very protected area.

Third Quarter of 2005

Surveys and property corners are completed and in place. Royal Palms have been planted near the property corners. Beach Erosion Control project is continuing. Roadwork is progressing. Bushmen are clearing the beachfront areas. Hurricanes that came up through the Yucatan have had no effect on our Property.

Second Quarter of 2005

Our first phase on beach front property is approved for sale. Our purchase contract has been added to this site. Surveys are complete for the first 90 parcels. Our beach road has been approved. Beach erosion controls and beach enhancement is taking place, Two miles of additional roadwork has been contracted. Wells have been drilled to 140+ feet. Another drill rig (Air Rotary) will be onsite shortly to drill until we hit potable water. Backup plans are in place for Water catch and containment systems. Our Environmental Impact Assessment has been submitted to the Government of Belize. Test pilings have been "hammered home" in three locations to plan for construction. Bedrock is between 25 feet at the sea to 15 feet 150 yards inland. Our Project is proudly displayed at the International Airport. Plans are being formulated for the best way to build our interior channels. A "fishing pier" and boat launch are under construction. Tree planting is next up. Designs are being reviewed for our entry gate.

First Quarter of 2005

Four miles of roads are now completed. Two more well sites have been identified and roads have been completed to these locations. Our Environmental Impact Assessment is under way coordinated by Evaristo Avella of Wilderness Group Consulting. Two wells have been completed. Water testing has begun. Our soils reports are almost completed, this land is extremely well suited to septic sanitation systems. Permits are in the process for the Departments of Forestry (Trees and Mangroves) and Geology (Quarry) for base and any fill requirements. Our beach road is complete and is pending approval. Discussions with builders are taking place. One phase of our Marketing program is being finalized. Genesis Arts in Belize City has finished our brochures and other marketing materials.
