Cerros Sands Ltd. is pleased to announce during the:

Fourth quarter of 2009

Other builders have come forward and asked to be considered as preferred builders for Cerros Sands. Two of these are building in the Corozal area. The others are from the United States and Canada. Two of these have relocated and are now living in the Corozal Area.

Third quarter of 2009

Jack Collins has completed a redesign for the entry gate, this will be given to a designer to complete a rendering.

Second quarter of 2009

The annual maintenance program for 2009 has been completed. With more properties being filled as they are sold this program becomes easier. A bush hog is able to clear brush on the filled parcels versus hand clearing.

Danny Marin of ACMACO Ltd of Corozal is working on the exterior renderings and foundation plans for The Villa's at Cerros Sands.

First quarter of 2009

Jack Collins of Southern Hands Custom Homes has joined the development team. Jack with 30 years of building/project management experience has come aboard to construct the Villa's at Cerros Sands, as well as the main entry gate. His strong background as a builder, superintendent and project manager in the construction industry in Florida fits very well with the construction being undertaken in Belize. He is the owner of Collins Construction of Florida, USA. He has held the position of project manger with Howell Homes, Southern Construction and Walhauder and Sons Custom Homes all of Florida.
