This company was founded in 2004 by Mark Leonard. Paradise Found Belize Ltd, has concentrated on overseeing the infrastructure projects for Cerros Sands.

We have developed relationships with numerous architects and engineers here in Belize who assist in our designs, plans and permits.

Our superintendent is Danny Marin of Corozal. His carries a B.A. in Architecture as well as being a contractor.

We continue to strive in sourcing the finest materials at the best price, purchasing inside and outside of Belize. Once again we have developed relationships with suppliers.

Paradise Found Belize Ltd hires experienced local labor as well as having a training program. We will build to suit or you can utilize and modify plans we have in our inventory. Our experience in Belize will afford you cost benefits.

Consulting Engineers, Ltd - Philip C. Freytag, P.E.

Phil joined our development team from its outset in order to assist with the design of our community's roads, drainage, utility and construction specifications. He brings an extensive applied engineering background from numerous substantial development projects, in both the United States and Belize, to bear for the benefit of the Cerros Sands at La Playa de Cerros project. Philip lives in the Corozal District.

Freedom Resort Design and Consulting International - Jeff Wiseman
