Belize Properties, Beachfront Properties $79,000! There has been a lot of development during the past years in the country of Belize, more stores, more restaurants and of course more housing.  At Corozal, Belize Central America there have been a number of properties for sale,  very few of them being beachfront homes or beachfront land.  Home rental is another option for a lot of Belizeans and Expats.  Belize beachfront property prices have been escalating especially on Ambergris Caye and Placencia.
