Parapet installed at Barb and Blaine’s Dream Home at Cerros Sands

Parapet Protection, Plastering and a Pristine Panoramic view. This describes the recent progress on Barb and Blaine’s dream home at Cerros Sands.

Just this past week the blocks were put in place for the protective wall (Parapet). First time hearing the word “parapet”? The word is defined as a a low protective wall along the edge of a roof, bridge, or balcony.  But what is it’s purpose?

The Parapet wall provides protection and at the same time allows for a clear and direct view of the gorgeous and pristine blue/green water that is just a stone’s thrown from Barb and Blaine’s beautiful home.

Interior and exterior plastering is also taking place. Scaffolding is utilized for efficiency.
