There's much to see here at Cerros Sands. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about our community waterfront homes in Corozal Belize. To better understand, the maps show 3-digit and 4-digit numbers, which indicate properties ready for transfer. The 2-digit numbers are placeholders until we receive the titles for the approved subdivision. All infrastructure is being developed in phases. Phase 3 will be the final phase, and we are not currently offering any of these properties publicly. If you are looking for a long-term investment, we can discuss the options available. We hope to complete the road and channel work in Phase 2 by the end of 2025.
