There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. To better understand the maps you can see 3 digit and 4 digit numbers, these are titled properties ready for transfer.  2 digit numbers are placeholders until the titles have been received on the approved subdivision.  All infrastructure is being done in phases. Phase 3 will be the last phase and we are not currently offering any of these publicly.  If you are looking for a long term investment we can discuss them.   We hope to complete the road and channel work in Phase 2 by the end of 2025.
