Cerros Sands Property Management(CSPM) is an independent organization with its own accounts.  Angie Leslie is the Director of the organization.  CSPM collects annual fees every January.

CSPM Responsibilities

Maintenance: Upkeep of the 66 ft reserve, channel, roads, common areas (driving range, green space), and culverts.  They also monitor the property throughout the day.  Hugo (formerly from Paradise Construction) has taken the job as Manager for the Maintenance crew.   He will maintain a staff of 3 to 4 full time employees and a part time tractor operator.  Additional contractors will be brought in as needed.

Security: the onsite security staff works nightly from 7 pm.  The security staff monitors the entry and the property.  2 Security guards are employed full time.  The gatehouse is equipped with a power and a 24×7 security camera system.
